Through the App: You can initiate the account deletion process directly from the app. Navigate to for (rider app) Profile > Permanently delete Account. for Driver to navigate on Drawer Screen->Permanently delete Account
Once you confirm, your request will be processed.
Through Email: If you are unable to access the app, you can send an email to our support team at support@rapidpilot.in with the subject line "Request for Account Deletion." Please include your registered mobile number associated with the account.
What happens after your request?
Data Removal: Upon receiving your request, we will remove your personal information (name, mobile number, email, and address) from our active databases.
Ride History: Any transactional data or ride history associated with your account will be anonymized or deleted in accordance with our data retention policy and legal requirements.
Permanent Action: Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your account, ride history, and any saved preferences.
Timeframe: We aim to process account deletion requests within 7 to 15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted from our systems.
